These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and the services offered by EVRIUS s.r.o., a limited liability company (s.r.o.) incorporated under the laws of the Czech Republic, with its registered office at Kaprova 42/14, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic (“Evrius”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
Evrius is a Prague-based B2B agency providing digital marketing, performance marketing and mobile-app promotion services, and we publish our own mobile applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
2. Use of the Website
This website is provided for general information. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to transmit malicious code. We may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
3. Our Services
The scope, deliverables, fees and timelines of any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work between Evrius and the client. In case of conflict, that agreement prevails over these Terms for the relevant engagement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the Evrius name and mark, layout and code — is owned by Evrius or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or exploit it without our prior written consent.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the website or services for unlawful purposes;
- Do not infringe the rights of third parties;
- Do not distribute malware or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems;
- Do not misrepresent your identity or authority.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Our services and apps operate alongside third-party platforms such as Apple, Google and Meta. Your and our use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies, for which we are not responsible.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and any freely provided materials are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Evrius shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Czech or EU law, including liability for intent, gross negligence or harm to health.
9. Indemnification
You agree to hold Evrius harmless from claims arising out of your unlawful use of the website or breach of these Terms.
10. Consumer Rights
Where you deal with us as a consumer, your mandatory rights under Czech and EU consumer-protection law are not affected by these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its “Last updated” date, is always published on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
